People couldn't figure out what it is, but still they wouldn't touch it or kick it.

Watching  soccer field was more important activity in this area. but one person inside the soccer field stood in front of the rock and noticed the relation of rock and me.

I assume there are solution for the ignorance of people to this rock:

#1 Paint it into more attractive color.

#2 putting wheel or remote little car under, and make it run or escape from the person who's getting closer.

#3 scale its size, we need it to be BIG.

Movable Rock Platform

where you can play, eat, drink and read

solid platform with long seat and angle, it has the fake rock texture but light weight so you can easily move it to any place in the park.

Ash tray project 2

counting cigarette butts

I think the previous project is too radical to smokers, so i provide another way to send the message of how cigarette can cause air pollution by quantity counting.

This is the problem I found that every morning, thousand of butts wait to be cleaned. So I start to have the idea of ash tray that design as human lung, maybe it can be the caution to reminds them the condition of human's lung and cigarette.

This super size , easier version of Chess game gives you a chance to play around or maybe the easier way to learn this traditional chinese chess.

Fake Rock

seems people in the park like to sit on the rock instead of chairs.

I wonder if we put big fake rocks in the location where always stood and taken by crowds, would people stand or sit on them? or if they find out the rock itself is movable, would the public treat them like the chairs, just move around before they sit? is there other function we can find of this fake rock chair installation?

Waiting Platform

 This is a waiting room which is parallel to the railroad. I like the peaceful atmosphere and big windows there. In the winter, they provide heat.

Rockefeller Center | ice skating rink

 

I had very good impression about this ice skating rink in 2005.

People who skated in the picture had very good skills, and this place was gathered around by watchers more than skaters.

 

The building and center itself is owned by Rokefeller Group.
